• beat Wrekin College U12 (due to Yarlett not being able to attend), EC scoring 26 runs for 1 (A.Leonard), off 4.3 overs to Wrekin's 25 runs for 1, off 5 overs. Hattie bowled one wicket, caught by A.Thelwell (Wk) at 3.4 overs. A.Leonard (bowled at 0.6 over), C.Hart and A.Thelwell (2 x 4s) batting.
• beat Moreton Hall, EC scoring 47 runs for ), off 5.4 overs to Moreton Hall's 33 for 1, off 5 overs. H.Fearnall took one wicket as bowler (stumped by H.Fearnall) at 4.5 overs. A.Glinos and A.Leonard (3 x 4s) batting.
• beat Old Hall 'B', EC scoring 36 runs for 0 off 5 overs, to Old Hall's 35 runs for 1, off 5 overs. A.Leonard bowled one wicket. A.Wahlberg (stumped) at 0.3 overs, H.Leonard, F.Hayden batting.

Great bowling, only conceding 5 extras, but unfortunately the opposition had a very strong partnership in their opening batters. (4 x 4s and 2 x 6s) and EC couldn't quite stem the runs. Old Hall finished on 62 runs for 0 off 6 overs.

Old Hall proved to be as efficient at bowling and fielding as they did batting, managing to record a number of dot balls. A few times, A.Thelwell and M.Davenport gave the boundary their best shots but just fell short. A.Thelwell managed to score 1 x 4. EC finished on 28 runs for 0 off 5 overs.

E.College finished runners-up to an excellent and well deserving Old Hall A Team.
